1.2 If these Product Terms conflict with the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions prevail unless the SOW expressly states otherwise.
2. Product description
2.1 TradieView is a management and operations platform for trade, construction, field service and service-based businesses.
2.2 The Platform includes features for job management, scheduling, dispatch, staff and contractor management, customer records, subcontractor access, project records, photos, forms, documents, quoting, invoicing, reporting, notifications, time tracking (with GPS), site information, multi-currency (via OANDA-backed exchange rates), Schedule of Rates (SOR) price lists, SMS/email communications, accounting integrations and related workflows.
2.3 Not every feature is available on every plan, region, device or release.
3. Account owners, administrators and users
3.1 The Customer is responsible for Administrators and Users.
3.2 Administrators can create users, configure permissions, invite subcontractors, connect integrations, access Customer Data and manage billing depending on the plan and settings.
3.3 The Customer must ensure that access permissions reflect the Customer's internal authority levels.
3.4 TradieView is not responsible for internal disputes about who should have access to an Account.
4. Free trials and free accounts
4.1 TradieView offers new Customers a 14-day free trial of the Platform. The trial length may vary at TradieView's discretion and is configurable by our Super Admin.
4.2 Free trials are provided without commitment and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time on reasonable grounds.
4.3 Invited connection accounts (clients, subcontractors, suppliers) may be provided with free limited-functionality access for the purpose of collaborating with a paying Customer. These accounts are not independent subscriptions.
4.4 Free accounts that remain inactive for more than 90 days may be closed or deleted, subject to applicable law and data retention practices.
4.5 Free services may include reduced functionality, lower thresholds, limited support, usage limits, watermarking, data retention limits or other restrictions.
5. Usage thresholds and overages
5.1 Plans may include thresholds for Users, jobs, projects, contacts, documents, storage, API calls, SMS, emails, integrations, automations, reports, exports, attachments, devices or other usage metrics.
5.2 If the Customer exceeds thresholds, TradieView may charge overage Fees, require a plan upgrade, restrict further use, throttle usage or suspend relevant features.
5.3 TradieView may monitor usage to enforce thresholds, maintain platform performance, detect misuse and plan capacity.
6. Third-party integrations
6.1 TradieView may integrate with third-party products and services. Current integrations include: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks (accounting), Google OAuth (Gmail/Calendar/Drive), Firebase (push notifications), Nominatim/OpenStreetMap (geocoding), OpenAI/Anthropic/Google Gemini (AI features via Emergent LLM Key), and OANDA (foreign exchange rates).

6.3 By enabling an integration, the Customer authorises TradieView to exchange Customer Data with the relevant third party as necessary for the integration.
6.4 The Customer is responsible for checking that third-party integrations are configured correctly and that data synchronisation has occurred as expected.
7. Third-party price lists and Schedule of Rates
7.1 TradieView's Schedule of Rates (SOR) feature allows Customers to upload, import or create their own price lists, supplier catalogues, material prices, labour items, product references or cost data.
7.2 SOR data is Customer Data and remains the Customer's responsibility.
7.3 TradieView does not supply, warrant or verify the accuracy of any price lists or rates.
7.4 The Customer must verify all pricing before issuing quotes, estimates, invoices, purchase orders or customer communications.
8. Multi-currency and exchange rates
8.1 Multi-currency features allow Customers to set a base currency (default: AUD), enable additional currencies, display exchange rates, issue quotes or invoices in multiple currencies, and view converted reports.
8.2 Exchange rates are sourced from OANDA or other reputable third-party providers and may be cached for short periods. Rates may also be manually overridden by the Customer.
8.3 Exchange rates are indicative only and may not match rates used by banks, payment processors, accounting platforms, tax authorities or the Customer's accountant.
8.4 TradieView does not provide financial, tax, accounting or foreign exchange advice.
8.5 The Customer is responsible for checking currency amounts, conversion rates, GST/VAT/tax treatment, rounding, invoices, quotes, reports and payment records before relying on them.
8.6 Auto-updated rates may be delayed, unavailable or incorrect due to third-party provider issues, market timing, connectivity or configuration.
9. SMS, email and communications features
9.1 TradieView allows service messages, reminders, job updates, booking alerts, security notices, account notices, marketing messages or other communications to be sent by email (via SendGrid), SMS (via Twilio), push notification (via Firebase) or in-app message.
9.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring it has consent or another lawful basis under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and ACMA requirements to send communications to staff, contractors, subcontractors, clients, suppliers and other recipients.
9.3 The Customer must not use TradieView to send spam, misleading communications, unlawful marketing or messages to people who have opted out.
