Sub-Processor and Third-Party Provider List

This list corresponds to Privacy Policy Version 3.3 (August 2026) and later versions unless a newer Sub-Processor List is published.

This document is the operational source of material service providers as referenced in the Privacy Policy. It is updated when material providers are added or changed. TradieView will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of new sub-processors in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.

5. Notes

5.1 Core vs Feature-specific

Core providers are used to operate the Platform for all customers.
Feature-specific providers are only engaged when the Customer enables the relevant integration or feature.

5.2 Google Workspace Data

Processing of Google Workspace data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements) and the specific commitments in Section 19 of the Privacy Policy. AI providers only receive such data when the Customer actively uses an AI feature on Google-connected content.

5.3 Training Restrictions

TradieView does not permit Google Workspace API data to be used to train shared or general-purpose models. This is enforced contractually and, where applicable, through the AI provider gateway.

5.4 Updates

This list is reviewed and updated when material providers are added or changed. Customers will receive at least 30 days’ notice of new sub-processors in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
