How does the free trial work?
14 days, full access to every module, no credit card required. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yep — upgrade or downgrade any time. We pro-rata the difference so you never pay twice.
Is GST included in the pricing?
Yes. All advertised prices are AUD and GST-inclusive.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your data. Full export to CSV + PDF is available at any time, before or after cancellation.
Does TradieView work on mobile?
Yes — the platform is mobile-first, built for tradies on the tools. Field crews get job sheets, photos, GPS clock-in and schedules on their phone.
What is TradieVerse and is it really free?
TradieVerse is the free trade social network built into the platform — profiles, posts, subbie and supplier connections, industry updates. Free forever, no card, no catch.
How do the AI features work?
Sparky (the AI assistant) drafts quotes, invoices and follow-ups from voice or text — you always preview and approve before anything is sent. TradieLens turns PDF plans into priced take-offs, and TradieCreate generates on-brand reels, images and flyers.
Do you integrate with Xero and Stripe?
Yes — invoices and payments sync with Xero and Stripe out of the box, and Sparky auto-chases overdue invoices.
How does Refer-a-Mate work?
Send a mate your invite link. When they convert past their free trial, you bank one full month free — credits stack with no cap.
